Investigation Application

What is this?


This application has two purposes :


1. It helps you get answers! Apply for an investigation of your residence or a friends to have us come out and see if we can find evidence that something paranormal really is there. If we find that some paranormal phenomena are present we will attempt to help you either remove it if it's within our abilities or help you understand it better and find ways to deal with it.

2. It gives our group the opportunity to experiment with different types of investigations and helps us answer questions.


    This information is for private use! No information received HERE will be revealed to any outside parties if you request to keep it withheld. Please understand that some information and/or evidence found DURING an investigation will most likely be posted throughout the web site if it helps to prove "The Unknown Truth"!

Please be as accurate and detailed as possible when giving the "Full Description of Occurrences". List such things as dates and times, specific locations, other witnesses and anything else that you think will be useful during the investigation.

 
 

Please fill out the "Directions to Residence" as clearly as possible. Start from any major Town/City or major Highway/Interstate if possible. Paste a link with map directions if you think this will help.
